Raymond D. Terrell, EdD, is Distinguished Professor in Residence in the Department of Educational Leadership at Miami University in Oxford, OH. He previously served as elementary school principal in Hamilton, Ohio, after retiring as a professor of educational administration and Dean of the Educational Department, California State University, Los Angeles. He began his career as a public school teacher and administrator and has over 30 years of professional experience with diversity and equity issues.
